That hollow is created when the wax cools unevenly in the container (from the outside in).
This is usually created if the wax is poured into the container too hot or the container is cold and therefore cools the wax on the outer edge quicker.
Pouring the wax on or below 50 degrees Celsius should stop this.
Otherwise try warming the containers a little with a hair dryer, or semi-submerging them in room temperature water.
